Provisions
Our goal is to provide excellent food that requires minimal preparation by our customers and to supply a la carte items as ordered. Portion size is geared to the average appetite; if you have a hearty appetite it is wise to order an extra side dish or an extra entrée to be divided among the group. Should you find a problem with any of your food (perishables in particular) you will need to notify us immediately, otherwise no responsibility can be taken for the condition of the goods. Please note that your food may contain nuts and nut products.
Ordering
Upon placing your order you will be phoned and details will be
resolved. We will then run a deposit charge of $40 to your credit card and e-mail a confirmation with instructions for when you get here. Please print out this document, check it for accuracy, and bring it along for reference.
Cost of Provisions
Provisions will be charged at store prices, plus a 20% surcharge. There will be a $30 delivery charge added to the total order. The total minimum charge for small orders is $40. Final payment is due on the day of your scheduled arrival and is payable by cash or credit card.
Lead Time
Your order must be placed at least four days before your arrival. The Shopping & Delivery fee will increase 10%, 15%, and 20% for orders placed 3, 2, and 1 days before your arrival.
Privacy Policy
All information is private. It is not shared with, or sold to, or seen by anyone. We respect your privacy as we would want our own respected.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made between 2:00pm and 5:00 pm daily. Let us know if you will be arriving early in the day so we can schedule an early delivery.
Cancellation & Refunds
A refund of your deposit, less $25, will be made if cancellation notice is received more than two days before your scheduled arrival. We cannot refund deposits for cancellations made less than two days before your scheduled arrival. Notification must be made in writing, via fax or e-mail.
